DESCRIPTION:

DESTROYER TF is a broad-spectrum oral antiparasitic agent with high efficacy against juvenile and adult forms of Fasciola hepatica and against gastrointestinal and pulmonary nematodes.

INDICATIONS

DESTROYER TF is indicated for the treatment and control of fasciolasis or distomatosis (acute, sub-acute and chronic forms) and the gastrointestinal and pulmonary nematodes of cattle, sheep, goats and South American camelids. It has great ovicidal power and is effective against arrested or inhibited (hypobiotic) larvae of Ostertagia spp. resistant. The minerals and amino acids stimulate the synthesis of vitamin B12, prevent anemia, improve reproductive level and have an energizing effect. It can be administered in animals of any age, pregnant females and highly parasitized animals

ADMINISTRATION

DESTROYER TF is administered orally.

DOSE

• Cattle: 1 ml per 10 kg of body weight.
  
• Sheep, goats and South American camelids 1ml / 12 Kg of body weight.

ACTION MODE

Benzimidazoles (Triclabendazole and Fenbendazole), inhibit the polymerization of microtubules by binding to tubulin (structural protein), which may be related to the joint inhibition of acetylcholinesterase of the parasite. They inhibit the mechanisms of assimilation of glucose by the nematode, the production of ATP and the use of glycogen. They also inhibit the oxidative processes of phosphorylation, which affects the energy of the parasite. Reduces fumarate reductase, which in turn inhibits the generation of energy at the level of mitochondria.

PRECAUTIONS

• It is recommended to administer the product before ingesting the pastures.
  
• Do not use in dairy cattle in production

CONTRAINDICATIONS: None

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:

Do not administer the product until 28 days before the slaughter of the animals destined for human consumption.

STORAGE:

• Keep the container closed once it has been opened.
  
• Store in a cool, dry place protected from light.
